Cypher festive giveaway competition

Conditions of Entry:

1. Eligibility & Sign-up Requirements:

• Loyalty Program Membership: Only registered members of the Cypher Membership are eligible to participate and earn extra points for the competition. To claim your first 5 extra entries, you must sign up as a Cypher Member  and respond to the welcome email with your favorite Cypher beer from this year. Sign up at the top of the page to claim. 

• Age Restrictions: Participants must be of legal drinking age in their region to participate in the giveaway and loyalty program.

• One-time Entry Claim: The free entry is  available by filling out the first form o this page.

2. Points and Entries System:

• Point Conversion: The entries for the competition are converted into loyalty program points. Each entry earned for the competition will be represented as 1 point in the loyalty program.

• Extra Entries via Digital Challenges: Completing Cypher Digital Challenges will earn you additional points (50 points per challenge completed) and increase your chances in the giveaway.

• Purchases and Points Accumulation: Earn points for every purchase made in-venue, 1 point per purchase, up to one per day, until the 22nd of December. Upload a photo of your receipt to the secondary entry form on this page. 

• Challenges Timing: The Cypher Digital Challenges Series will have unknown times, so keep an eye on our social media for details. Completing challenges before the deadline adds to your points total for the giveaway.

3. Redemption Period:

• Competition Deadline: Entries (points) must be submitted by the 22nd of December for the chance to win the festive giveaway.

• Prize Redemption: Winners will be contacted directly and must claim their prizes within a specified period (3 days). If a winner does not respond or fails to claim the prize within this time, a new winner may be selected.

4. Prize Details:

• Prize Contents: Winners will receive the full list of prizes as outlined in the competition description, including beer packs, merchandise, and a venue voucher.

• Prize Substitution: Prizes are non-transferable, and substitutions for alternative products or prizes will not be allowed unless otherwise specified.

5. General Terms and Conditions:

• Loyalty Program Terms: By signing up for the Cypher Membership, you agree to abide by the loyalty program terms, which may include how your personal data is handled, how points are earned, and how prizes are awarded.

• Prize Non-Transferability: Prizes are only redeemable by the winner and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or sold.

• Publicity Consent: By entering the competition, winners consent to the use of their names and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

6. No Purchase Necessary Disclaimer:

• Free Entry Option: Participation in the competition and Cypher Membership can be done without making a purchase. If you prefer to enter without making a purchase, please contact us for details on how to claim entry via other methods (e.g., a written request).

7. Responsibility and Liability:

• Liability: Cypher Brewery is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged prizes, or for any issues arising from the use of the prizes.

• Technical Issues: Cypher Brewery is not responsible for technical issues that may affect the ability to sign up or participate in challenges or contests.

8. Other Conditions:

• Program Changes: Cypher Brewery reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition or loyalty program at any time without prior notice.

• Compliance with Local Laws: All participants must comply with the local laws and regulations applicable to the competition in their area.

These conditions will help protect both the company and participants, creating a clear understanding of the program while ensuring the rules are well communicated.

Competition Draw Conditions:

1. Draw Date and Time:

   • The draw for the Cypher Festive Giveaway Competition will take place on 22nd December.

   • The exact time of the draw will be announced closer to the date on our social media channels, but it will be conducted live via Facebook.

2. Live Stream:

   • The competition draw will be live streamed on Cypher Brewery's official Facebook page. Make sure to follow us on Facebook to catch the action in real-time and see who the lucky winners are!

   • By entering the competition, you consent to having your name or likeness potentially featured during the live stream.

3. Winner Selection:

   • Winners will be selected at random from all entries received and points accumulated up until 22nd of  December.

   • All entries, including those gained through purchases, digital challenges, and the initial 10 sign-up entries, will be considered in the draw.

4. Winner Announcement:

   • The winners will be announced live during the draw.

   • If you're one of the winners, your name will be called out on the live stream. Keep an eye out to see if you’re the lucky recipient of one of our festive giveaway prizes!

5. Winner Notification:

   • Following the live stream, the winner will be contacted directly via email or phone. Be sure to check your inbox to claim your prize.

   • Winners must respond to the notification within 3 days from the date of the draw. If a winner does not claim their prize within this period, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize Claims:

   • Prizes will be made available for pick-up or delivery, depending on location. Further instructions on how to claim your prize will be provided after the winner has been confirmed.

   • All winners will be responsible for any associated costs, such as shipping fees if applicable.

7. Eligibility:

   • Winners must meet any age and eligibility requirements as outlined in the competition terms.

8. Transparency and Fairness:

   • The draw will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner. We will ensure that all eligible entries have an equal chance of being selected, and the process will be verified by a representative of Cypher Brewery.

9. Publicity Consent:

   • By entering the competition, you agree that your name and/or image may be used by Cypher Brewery for promotional purposes, including the Facebook live stream and social media posts, without any additional compensation.
