One For Good Luck - WCIPA (6.5%)

For our first anniversary, we planned to brew a big juicy NEIPA with a heavy, hazy base, some exciting hops and flowable hop products. We also thought it would be fun to pair this exact hop bill against a modern WCIPA version, to see exactly how much the often-overlooked yeast and malt play a role in terms of overall hop expression.
