Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Cypher Brewing Co. We understand that plans can change, so we strive to be as flexible as possible with our cancellation policy for our services. Here are the details: Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking without any charges if it is done at least 14 days before the scheduled event date. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made between 7 to 13 days prior to the event date will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the deposit. Last-Minute Cancellation: If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the event, a cancellation fee of 100% of the deposit. Rescheduling: We understand that sometimes a date change may be necessary. You can reschedule your event once, free of charge, provided you notify us at least 7 days prior to the original event date. Any subsequent changes will be subject to availability and additional rescheduling fees may apply. Refunds: Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation notice and will be returned via the original payment method. Weather Considerations: For outdoor events, in case of inclement weather, you may reschedule your event to another date without any penalty, subject to availability. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if weather conditions are expected to impact your event. We ask that all cancellations and rescheduling requests be made in writing via email or through our booking platform to ensure they are properly documented and handled.
