At Cypher Brewing Co we take pride in the quality of everything we produce. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Because we sell perishable goods and alcohol, our return and refund policies differ slightly from standard retail products.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on:

• Beer
• Limited release packs
• Pre-orders
• Gift boxes

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• A description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged product and packaging

If the product is confirmed to be damaged or faulty we may offer, at our discretion:

• A replacement product
• Store credit
• A full or partial refund

Missing or Incorrect Items

If an item is missing or incorrect in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Shipping Issues

Cypher Brewing Co is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. However, if your order appears lost in transit we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are purchased in advance of production or release. Estimated release or shipping dates are provided as a guide and may occasionally change.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Merchandise Returns

For non-perishable items such as apparel or merchandise, we may accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the item is:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
