Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines how cancellations work for products purchased using subscription or recurring purchase options through the Cypher Brewing Co online store.
Subscription Orders
If you have purchased a product through a subscription or recurring purchase option, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
To cancel your subscription:

Log into your customer account on our website, or

Contact us via email with your request.
Cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle. If a subscription renewal has already been processed, the order will be fulfilled and cancellation will take effect for future billing periods.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are purchases made in advance of a product release.
Because pre-orders secure limited products prior to release, they cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If a pre-order contains other items, the entire order may ship once the pre-order product becomes available.
Limited Release Products
Many products sold by Cypher Brewing Co are limited release items produced in small quantities.
Once an order for a limited release product has been placed, cancellation requests may not be possible if the order has already entered the fulfilment process.

• The email address used at checkout
• Your cancellation request
