Thank you for shopping with Cypher Brewing Co. Below you will find information regarding our shipping and delivery process.


Shipping Locations

Cypher Brewing Co currently ships within Australia where legally permitted.

Due to liquor licensing restrictions, we may not be able to ship alcohol to certain locations. If shipping is unavailable to your area, you will be notified during checkout.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During busy periods such as new releases, special events, or major sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Pre-Orders

Some products may be offered as pre-orders prior to release.

If your order contains a pre-order item:

• The entire order will ship once the pre-order product becomes available
• Estimated release or dispatch dates are provided as a guide only
• Delays may occasionally occur due to production schedules

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed unless required under Australian Consumer Law.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Delivery location
• Order size and weight

From time to time we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

ACT / NSW: 1–3 business days
VIC / QLD: 2–5 business days
SA / TAS: 3–6 business days
WA / NT: 5–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the courier network.


Age Verification (Alcohol Purchases)

All alcohol purchases require the recipient to be 18 years or older.

Delivery drivers may request valid photo identification upon delivery.

Orders may not be left unattended if age verification is required.

If a delivery attempt fails due to age verification requirements, the parcel may be returned to the courier depot and additional delivery fees may apply.


Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.

Cypher Brewing Co is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier.

While we will do our best to help resolve delivery issues, Cypher Brewing Co is not responsible for delays caused by:

• courier disruptions
• weather events
• peak shipping periods


Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select orders.

If pickup is offered at checkout:

• You will receive a notification once your order is ready
• Please bring proof of purchase and valid ID for alcohol purchases
