Behold! The champ is here! Pat Baggoley has taken out the annual Cypher/ Canberra Brewers 24' competition with his Red IPA.


A classic mix of Simcoe and Citra over a base of chewy malts. Pat won the right to brew his recipe on our system, working directly with Matty to scale it up and get his hands dirty on brew day.


A local beer advocate, educating fellow Canberra Brewers and running BJCP judging courses, we couldn't think of a better candidate.

    • Storage: Store the cans in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Ideal storage temperatures for beer are between 7°C to 13°C.
