HIVEMIND - HAZY IPA

Tap into the hivemind. A unified consciousness with one train of thought. Lush, fruity HAZE! Loaded with oats and wheat to create that soft, smooth mouthfeel we need. Generous amounts of Citra, Citra Lupomax and Citra Spectrum paired with Nelson Sauvin bringing us big stone fruit notes along with a dash of melon and sweet white fruit. Join us in our happy place!

SHOOEYS - AUSSIE PALE ALE

Triple Dry-hopped Aussie Pale Ale: Made exclusively using ingredients from Voyager Craft Malt and Hop Products Australia, we give you our Aussie Pale Ale. Loaded with hops layered on a soft malt base. This all-Aussie affair is one for a good ol’ session. Dry hopped at three different stages of fermentation, the beer brings big notes of lemon-lime slushie, orange and fresh cut pineapple. Perfect for a pint... or a shoe!

VACAY - WEST COAST PILSNER

Spring has sprung, the sun is out, and Vacay is exactly where you want to be. Brewed with Voyager Craft Malt and saturated with Nelson Sauvin and Rakau Subzero Hop Kief from Freestyle Hops, then fermented clean with W34/70. (Side note: the can may have “forgotten” a couple of extra hops – we were on vacay when the label went to print. What do you reckon they are?) Vacay is a cracking expression of our favourite NZ hops at the moment. Super Sauvin made its mark in the cold whirlpool, before a few bags of Nelson Sauvin T90 pellets were left to rest in the fermenter for a little holiday of their own - on Vacay, if you will. To close out the trip, Rakau Subzero Hop Kief lit it up for the final dance, bringing a bright burst of fruit to the finish. This crisp, snappy number bursts out of the glass with lychee and gooseberry up front, rolling into layers of peach, kiwi, grapefruit, pomelo, white grape and orange blossom. Sweet flashes of marmalade, sticky pineapple, passionfruit, candied pineapple - even white gummy bear - dance over a clean malt base that lets the delicate hop characters shine. Bright, refreshing and loaded with hop saturation, it’s the perfect beer to welcome spring and soak up in the beer garden. A true warm-weather crusher.

NO LIFE TIL LUPULIN - DOUBLE WEST COAST IPA

No Life Til Lupulin, a big, bold West Coast Double IPA brewed with Voyager Craft Malt and loaded with Krush, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Chinook, then finished off with Southern Cross Subzero Hop Kief and fermented with Lallemand Bry-97. Expect a smooth body bursting with classic citrus, pine and woody notes upfront, layered with modern berry and tropical fruit, balanced sweetness from the malt, and a clean, snappy bitterness that’ll keep you coming back sip after sip.

ASTRAL DIVE - MUNICHWINE

Astral Dive has surfaced. Big, bold, and built for the season. A collaboration with Reub Goldberg Brewing Machine for their Dark As - Dark Beer Festival. This one’s a big malty beer. We opted for a German lager strain for this beer. Using Moonlight German Lager Yeast (MOG‑203) from Mogwai Labs, a Bavarian heritage strain that promotes maltiness with a mild ester profile, the fermentation stays clean and refined while letting the malt complexity shine. On the nose, expect cocoa, dark chocolate, toffee apple, pear, maraschino cherry, and faint bit of banana. The palate is full-bodied with balanced bitterness, finishing with a slow, crisp snap that smooths out the ABV and draws you back in for another sip. Brewed with Voyager Craft Malt and hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Spalt Select, Astral Dive is a malt-driven journey with a clean finish.

SACRED SILENCE - MUNICH DUNKEL

Sacred Silence - Munich Dunkel (5.2%) A smooth, elegant dark lager with layers of toasted bread crust, fruit and nut chocolate, and a lingering toffee richness. Malt complexity leads the way, balanced by subtle hops and a crisp lager fermentation profile that keeps it clean and drinkable. Brewed with a blend of Voyager and Weyermann malts, hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh, and fermented with classic W34/70 yeast - this one’s all about depth, balance and refinement.

LORE - MUNICH HELLES

At 4.8% ABV, Lore is the kind of beer made for steins, sessions, and celebrations. Classic, balanced, and endlessly drinkable.

FESTBIER - GERMAN LAGER

Brewed with Voyager Craft Malt, hopped with Ryefield Hops RH-01, and fermented with Fest II German Lager yeast from Mogwai Labs, our latest release is as refined as it is drinkable. We gave this beer extra time in tank, letting the flavours meld into balance. Toasty yet doughy with a soft sweetness and bready depth. The malt character shines with richness and complexity, balanced by a very light floral and cedar hop profile from RH-01. Well-attenuated and crisp, with a fuller body and a subtle matchstick sulphur that brings that unmistakable classic German lager feel.

SEQUENCE - XPA

This release is built on a simple philosophy: flavour first. We’ve taken our core pale ale framework and pushed it to the limit, chasing maximum hop oil saturation without harshness or astringency. The result is an XPA with an intense, hard-to-define hop expression - the kind of aroma where individual fruit notes blur into something bigger. Up front you’ll find complex citrus, followed by layered notes of pine resin and subtle woody undertones. Refined and delicate in structure, yet saturated from start to finish. Sequence XPA is unapologetically flavour-first. The level of hop saturation we’ve pushed comes with trade-offs in the glass - a choice we made deliberately in pursuit of maximum aroma, flavour, and drinkability. It has everything you want from a West Coast IPA, and everything you want from a pale ale. We took the brief from both ends of the spectrum to deliver our perspective of what an XPA should be. The base is doing the heavy lifting here - built to carry hop oils, manage hydrophobicity and head retention, but also keep the beer highly drinkable despite the intensity. We’re still exploring how far this approach can go. Watch this space... Sequence XPA (5.0%) Intense aroma. Intense flavour. Maximum drinkability.

TETHERED - WEST COAST IPA

Tethered - West Coast IPA (6.5%) This one is a checkpoint for us. Tethered is our latest expression of where our hoppy beer program has landed - particularly West Coast IPA. Over the past year we’ve been making small but deliberate tweaks: pushing leaner where it matters, embracing classic structure where it counts, and tightening how malt carries hop oil saturation. Brewed with Voyager Craft Malts, then heavily layered with Citra, Citra Cryo, Citra Dynaboost, Strata, and Peacharine SubZero Hop Kief, this beer is built for high oil expression without sacrificing drinkability. In the glass you’ll find complex tropical fruit - peach, nectarine, mango - with an almost gummy-bear sweetness up front. Fruit-forward and saturated, but underpinned by just enough malt to support the hopping rate and keep everything in balance. At 6.5%, there’s a touch more bitterness for the purists, but the finish stays clean, modern, and satisfying. We were also fortunate to trial Peacharine SubZero Hop Kief thanks to Freestyle Hops as part of their research collective, giving us early access to emerging hop products and techniques. Tethered feels like a clear marker of where we’ve come from - and where we’re heading.High flavour. High drinkability. Considered technique.

KICKIN' IN - HAZY IPA

Kickin' In - Hazy IPA (7.7%) • 440ml • Citra • Citra Cryo • Mega Motueka • Motueka • Manilita Voyager Craft Malts We pushed this one hard. Expect waves of paw paw, mango and apricot, rolling into fresh squeezed orange juice and zesty lime, with subtle mojito vibes running through it. There’s just the right amount of dank resin underneath to keep it balanced and grounded. The malt bill brings it all together. A soft marshmallow fluff body with a refined, candied musk sweetness creates a plush mouthfeel that integrates seamlessly with the hops. It’s juicy, it’s sticky, and it finishes with that refined lip-smacking nectar quality that keeps you going back for another sip.

SWEET SPOT - RASPBERRY SUNDAE SOUR

Sweet Spot - Raspberry Sundae Sour (5.0%) • 440ml • Lactose • Raspberry Puree • Citric Acid • Lactic Acid Voyager Craft Malts • Blue Lake Milling • Weyermann This one does exactly what it says on the tin. Sweet Spot tastes like raspberry coulis and Cottee’s raspberry sauce. Straight up. No guessing. No subtle hints. No “notes of”. It’s a sour built to be creamy, juicy, sweet and tart all at once. We’ve gone heavy on the lactose to create a huge, silky body and a lush, creamy texture that carries bold raspberry flavour right across the palate. That richness is balanced by bright raspberry tartness and a clean souring process, keeping it refreshing and dangerously drinkable. The result? Big mouthfeel. Creamy texture. Bold raspberry flavour. Sweet upfront, tart through the finish. Hits the sweet spot.
