Plainsight is brewed with 100% Weyermann German malts, creating a clean, lightly bready malt base for Herkules, Spalt Select and Huell Melon to shine.
We’ve been especially delighted with the Huell Melon in this batch, bringing a distinct honeydew melon character alongside delicate floral, herbal and lightly spicy notes.
Fermented with Weihenstephaner German Lager Yeast, Plainsight carries a gentle German lager ester profile before finishing crisp, clean and highly refreshing.
A familiar Cypher beer, brought back with a fresh perspective.
