Brewed with Voyager Craft Malts and hopped with Simcoe, Citra, Krush and Peacharine.
Incantation pours a striking dark ruby-garnet colour, opening with aromas of melon, peach, plum and apricot. Raspberry coulis, strawberry and orange marmalade follow, underpinned by lightly toasted rye bread, toffee and jammy malt sweetness.
Citrus and pine weave through the body, melding seamlessly with the malt rather than competing against it. The result is rich and intense, yet delicate, balanced and finessed.
