MEANDERTHAL - HAZY TRIPLE IPA (10.0%)

Meanderthal is our 10% Hazy Triple IPA, brewed in collaboration with Clayton Hops in New Zealand to explore one hop variety, Motueka, in three different forms.

Built on a base of pilsner malt, rolled oats and wheat, this luscious hazy layers freshly squeezed orange, mango and guava with ripe stone fruit, bright mojito lime and soft coconut. Think mango Weis on the nose and lime Splice on the palate.

T90 pellets, Amplifire concentrated pellets and Amplifire hop oil showcase Motueka’s range, while extended conditioning gives the malt and hops time to settle together. The result is a smooth, pillowy beer with saturated tropical flavour and a long, sticky, nectar-like finish.

At 10%, a gentle warmth sits comfortably within the rich, rounded body, bringing another layer to the beer as the malt and hops come together.
