Online-Kind is our most heavily hopped West Coast IPA to date, built around intense hop saturation, structured bitterness and a lean, dry malt base.
Brewed with Voyager Craft Malts and fermented down to just 2° Plato, it finishes crisp and clean, giving the hops plenty of room to shine.
Simcoe in the boil lays down the firm bitterness we love in a West Coast IPA, before Nectaron is added through the cold whirlpool. The beer is then dip hopped with Mosaic Incognito, followed by a massive 20 g/L dry hop of Nectaron, Nectaron Cryo and Krush.
Just before packaging, Mosaic HyperBoost adds one final layer of concentrated hop character.
Expect huge aromas and flavours of passionfruit, mango, ripe stone fruit, grapefruit, orange and bright citrus, all melding into a deeply saturated but highly drinkable West Coast IPA.
