THIS WAY - WEST COAST IPA (6.8%)

Bright citrus, big hop flavour and a clean, snappy finish. This Way is the West Coast counterpart to That Way, delivering an upfront hop hit followed by a long, cascading bitterness.

Lemon-lime, bright orange and sticky grapefruit lead into pineapple gummies, kiwi fruit and peaches and cream lollies. Underneath the fruit, resin and dankness bring a classic West Coast edge, while the lean malt base lets the hops shine.

Brewed with Voyager Craft Malts, a pilsner base with touches of wheat and Vienna keeps things crisp. Simcoe, Citra and Nectaron Cryo start the hop journey in the kettle, followed by a Citra Dynaboost dip hop and Citra Cryo during active fermentation. A post-ferment charge of Citra, Nectaron and Krush builds the intensity, before Nectaron Hop Kief adds the finishing touch.
