MONSTERA - HAZY PALE ALE (5.5%)

Monstera is our 5.5% Hazy Pale Ale, brewed to pack the hop flavour we love in our bigger hazy IPAs into a more crushable format.

Brewed with Voyager Craft Malts on a lean pilsner base, with oats and wheat adding smoothness and texture, Monstera explores the drier side of hazy while keeping the hop character full and expressive.

Hopped with Peacharine from Freestyle Hops in New Zealand, Galaxy from Hop Products Australia and Audacia from Indie Hops in the US, it brings bright orange, mango and passionfruit aromas with a touch of dank NZ hop character.

On the palate, grapefruit, orange and peach lead into a dry, pithy finish. There’s a nostalgic orange Sunnyboy character, with juicy fruit flavour and a refreshing citrus edge.

Generously hopped and full of flavour, Monstera brings a little big-hazy energy to the warmer days ahead.
