That Way is our 7.5% New England IPA, brewed for maximum hop saturation with a soft, juicy finish.
Orange juice, mango and stone fruit lead the way, with Frosty Fruits character, bright lemon and lime, and perfumey floral notes. A hint of dankness, inviting hop spice and clean bitterness balance the sweet tropical fruit.
Brewed with Voyager Craft Malts on a pilsner base, supported by wheat, rolled oats and chit malt, the body provides a full, soft foundation for a massive hop load.
We sent 10 g/L of Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron through the cold whirlpool, followed by a Citra Dynaboost dip hop. Then came 30 g/L of Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron in the dry hop, with a final dose of Nectaron hop kief before packaging.
Intensely hopped and saturated with flavour, That Way is our New England IPA entry for Future Brewing’s King IPA Invitational in Sydney.
